The Epsom Downs Office Park interior design strategy was to simplify, declutter and refresh. The BIT design team worked on the building's interiors, including all the common areas, lobbies and terrace areas.

The aesthetic concept for the interior refurbishment focuses on simple lines with soft, curving edges and splashes of colour that enliven the small spaces without overpowering them. The design incorporates and creates both open and more intimate spaces to provide unique and varied spatial use and experience.

The new interiors receive all visitors with a lush green environment, crafting first impressions of a wholesome and comfortable space. Staircases are brought to life with vertical green walls and modern light features. Lounge areas are furnished with various soft seating options that match and up-style the interior design intention, weaving brand and art moments into the design solutions through signage. The reinvigorated outdoor areas connect users through comfortable and casual café style seating clusters.
