Elené Olwagen

Elené has been with the Boogertman + Partners team for over ten years. She currently leads the interiors team to deliver award-winning projects that focus on client-centric solutions and service. Her commitment and passion for the built environment is evident in the way she approaches and handles every project, irrespective of scale or sector.


Sterik Gerber

Sterik Gerber joined the company for a short period after qualifying from the Tshwane University of Technology and then left for London in 1998. After returning he joined the company again in 2002, became a director in 2005. He is actively involved in multiple projects as both design/project architect over a wide range of different commercial developments. As a Director of Boogertman + Partners Architects and BIT, Sterik has demonstrated a history of working in the architecture & construction industry in South Africa and throughout Africa, with experience and skills in Project Management, Mixed-use developments, Commercial Offices, Hotel and Leisure, Industrial, Motor Related Retail, Commercial Retail and High Density Residential.


Richard Wilkins

Richard Wilkins has been with Boogertman + Partners Architects since 2006. Richard joined Boogertman + Partners on his return to South Africa after spending 7 years in London working for various architectural firms on commercial and high-end residential developments. As a Director of Boogertman + Partners Architects and BIT Richard is responsible for interior architectural work, office developments, retail developments and large mixed-use developments. Most notably he was part of the team for the award winning Soccer City Stadium. He recently completed work on the EY Head Offices in Sandton (which was short listed for the 2015 WAF awards) and was involved in the new Discovery Head Office development. His passion is seeing great designs being realised and delivering optimal solutions for clients in architecture and interiors with a focus on the end-user experience.
