Richard Wilkins

Richard Wilkins has been with Boogertman + Partners Architects since 2006. Richard joined Boogertman + Partners on his return to South Africa after spending 7 years in London working for various architectural firms on commercial and high-end residential developments. As a Director of Boogertman + Partners Architects and BIT Richard is responsible for interior architectural work, office developments, retail developments and large mixed-use developments. Most notably he was part of the team for the award winning Soccer City Stadium. He recently completed work on the EY Head Offices in Sandton (which was short listed for the 2015 WAF awards) and was involved in the new Discovery Head Office development. His passion is seeing great designs being realised and delivering optimal solutions for clients in architecture and interiors with a focus on the end-user experience.

Carleen Conroy

Carleen is a multi-disciplinary interior designer with 10 years of industry experience in bringing projects to life on time, in budget and with unmatched professionalism. She has worked with a myriad of top-tier international and local clients and enjoys designing flag-ship solutions that focus on brand presence and consumer experience. With a background in site and construction management, Carleen has a rare understanding in best-practice implementation and is skilled in applying that knowledge to her designs and solutions. She excels in providing bespoke, attainable, inclusive, and effective solutions while still being able to personally focus on the key aspects of her client’s design requirements.

Andrew Mills

Andrew Mills recently joined the BIT team as the Executive Manager, bringing with him over 15 years of extensive experience in both the architectural and interior design industries. With a remarkable track record spanning more than 14 years specifically in interior design, Andrew has adeptly handled various areas of the discipline, including conceptualization of client briefs, design implementation, and project specification. His expertise extends across diverse sectors within interior design, encompassing residential, healthcare, and commercial projects. Furthermore, Andrew excels as a proficient project manager, boasting significant on-site experience managing contractors and subcontractors. Andrew's distinctive commercial acumen enables him to effectively tackle challenges, while his multifaceted sectoral experience distinguishes him as a standout professional in the field.

Zunaed Ballim

Zunaed has experience in various sectors including retail, residential, urban design, master planning, hospitality, and automotive dealerships. He has effectively managed teams in Durban and possesses strong skills in project coordination and management.
